RETURN POLICY
Return Policy:
If for any reason you do not like your purchase, you may return it to us within 20 days for a refund or exchange.
In the rare occasion that any new item is returned and is not in new resalable condition, a restocking fee of up to 20% will be imposed. New items must be returned with complete original packing and blank warranty cards. Defective items must be returned to manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement at manufacturers discretion.
Used items must be returned in the same cosmetic and working condition as when they left our store with all parts and printed and packing materials. Special orders are not returnable.
Please call for a return authorization prior to returning any merchandise, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Items sent back as “funds collect” will be refused. Please include a copy of your invoice with your telephone number with your return/order.

Payment: We accept all major credit cards,PayPal,bank checks or wire transfer . Personal checks accepted; however, we may require that payment clears before the package is shipped, this could take up to 10 business days.
Sales Tax:
FL residents please add 7% sales tax.
Shipping:
We ship via USPS, UPS & FedEx. Rates will be calculated at checkout. In a rare occasion, shipping charges may increase due to the dimensional weight of a product. If this occurs we will notify you if there is a change to your order shipping costs.
Next Day, Second day or Express Mail are available at an additional charge, please contact us for price.

Pricing on our website could potentially be different than our price on other online platforms. We do have to take in account not only our cost for the product, how long we have had it but also any costs involved with third party sites. Should you have a pricing question, please feel free to call or email us directly and not through a third party site.
